Prospect Weekly: Red Hot Barrons
Travis Barron deserves some recognition for scoring four goals in a game for the Utah Grizzlies including a short handed hat trick. That performance bought him a recall to the Eagles for the weekend in which he recorded an assist.
Today's #AMIce presented by @HeadwayFDN recaps @TBarron89's big night for the @UtahGrizzlies on Tuesday. Here are his four goals (3 SHG, 1 PPG), which tied the league mark for goals in a game this season and the all-time #ECHL record for shorties in a game by one player. pic.twitter.com/pOtZoib2YY

Justin Barron scored his first professional goal to close out the week. A great read and shot on a backdoor play found the back of the net. He was getting a lot of chances so potting the first one was inevitable.
The shot from the knee? The smiley celly?

Alex Beaucage is back in action after a two-month lay-off because of an injury and then he missed the first round of the QMJHL playoffs due to a COVID-19 contact tracing issue. He made that first game count with two assists including one on the game-tying goal with nine seconds remaining. Unfortunately Victoriaville would lose game one in overtime.
