GWG Challenge 2025-2026: October Week 3

Our Colorado Avalanche have gotten off to a nice start this season, going 5-0-1 through the first two weeks of the regular season.  As they head into the second half of October, they will spend a good deal of time away from home, with two of the three games this week being spent on the road and leading into their first back-to-back series this coming weekend.

With the team riding high thus far, this is a great time to join the ride and get involved in what’s shaping up to be an exciting Game-Winning Goal Challenge season!  You don’t want to miss out on the fun!  Our field of contenders is still trying to fight their way to the front of the pack, and if you feel you have what it takes to come out on top, this is your time to act!  Fill out the form below with your guesses for this week, and see how well your answers stack against the rest of the field!

You’ll also want to join our Discord server, too: a bonus question will be in our #gwg-challenge channel that will give you an opportunity to snag even more points.  A big week could become even bigger, while a close week could give you some valuable wiggle room among the crowded ranks!

A brand new feature makes its debut this week! With the release of the new Quebec Nordiques heritage jerseys this year, there will be a new wrinkle added in the games that are a part of the Heritage Series schedule: the five-point GWG questions for these games will increase to ten (10) points, and the cumulative total of correct answers for the “Which of the following Avalanche players will get a point this week?” will double for the weekly Heritage Game(s) only.  All other games will retain their regular scoring totals.
