GWG Challenge 2024 – 2025: March VLADness Week 3
Our Colorado Avalanche have collected points in their last eight games and are staring down the Dallas Stars for second place in the Central Division.
This week, a pair of familiar eyes stare right back at them, as Mikko Rantanen makes his return to Denver as a member of those same Dallas Stars, his first visit since the trade that sent the franchise’s record-holder for most goals in a single season to the Carolina Hurricanes in late January.
Three other games line the schedule this week, but this is the marquee matchup that kicks things off.
The only way to second place is through Dallas, and our field of challengers for the in-season crown must also follow suit as the regular season winds down. As we head towards playoffs, friendships and loyalties are put aside, and taking care of business is top priority.
