Reclaim the Crown! GWG Challenge: December Week 2
The first week of December saw the return of some frigid weather to the Mile High City, and along with the plummeting temperatures, we also saw the performance of our Colorado Avalanche likewise tank, dropping two of their first three games of their season-long five game homestand after returning home from their dismal three game road swing.
This week sees the return of some old friends in Nazem Kadri and longest tenured Avalanche Erik Johnson, both sporting the colors of the Calgary Flames and Buffalo Sabres, respectively, as the homestand comes to an end. Will the burgundy and blue manage to right the ship this week against their former comrades in arms?
