GWG Challenge: #ReturnToRigged (Stanley Cup Qualifier)

At long last, hockey is back!

The Colorado Avalanche have landed in Edmonton for the 2020 Stanley Cup Playoffs, resuming their bid to lay their claim to the Lord Stanley’s chalice in what could easily be the most unusual, and perhaps most daunting, playoff year in franchise history. They are fully rested, (hopefully) fully healthy, and are ready to begin the Stanley Cup round robin tournament!

With the resumption of hockey, so too does the Burgundy Review Game Winning Goal Challenge also resumes!

Now that the first ever Burgundy Review Playoff Draft is behind us, we look ahead! Our playoff field is set, and they will now begin their march alongside the burgundy and blue to lay claim to the Burgundy Review GWG Championship!

The format is exactly the same as the regular season, but the added draft lines that each participant can now select will make for some entertaining theater as each of our top fourteen participants seek to claim our prestigious crown!

Points will be tallied as they were during the regular season, with the points from each participant’s draft line added later. Winners of each round will get the special Discord name and color change, and the winner of each playoff round will receive the same treatment.

The GWG participant with the most points in the postseason will earn the title of GWG Challenge MVP, and the overall points winner will be crowned our 2019-2020 Burgundy Review Game Winning Goal Challenge Champion!
